Original Magic Seasoning Blends ®

Magic Salt Free Seasoning ®
Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Salt Free Seasoning® is an all purpose
blend with great taste, but without any salt! Sprinkle liberally
on all foods in place of salt and pepper and enjoy the difference.
All natural and certified Kosher, Magic Salt Free Seasoning® contains
no MSG, no additives and no preservatives. Sprinkle generously
on french fries, popcorn, salads, eggs, and pasta. Shake extra
flavor on vegetables, chicken, seafood, steaks, chops and roasts.

Chef Paul's Magic Chiles
Chef Paul's line of seven ground chile powders offer a great variety
of exciting flavors for the adventuresome taste buds of your customers.
Available in both retail and foodservice packaging, the chiles
range in heat from 2 to 7.5 with each container labeled with a
heat index. All the chiles contain no additives, preservatives
or Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) and are all certified Kosher. See

Choices Available:
- Anaheim (Mild) also referred to as chile Colorado, is the
ripe form of the green peppers of the same name.
- Ancho (Medium) is the sweetest of the dried chiles, mainly
used in preparation of sauces and moles.
- Arbol (Hot) is slender in appearance, but gives the immediate
heat with a touch of acidic, smoky flavor.
- Chipotle (Hot) is a smoked jalapeño pepper, giving a unique
smoky flavor to your food.
- Guajillo (Mild) has a subtle, sweet heat that lends itself
to a variety of creative applications.
- New Mexico (Mild) is also referred to as the dried California
Chile, providing an earthy flavor with some acidity and a
crisp clear heat.
- Pasilla (Medium) is a chilaca chile and is one of the most
used chiles in the preparation of the traditional mole sauce.

Chef Paul Prudhomme's Smoked Meats
Chef Paul Prudhomme has created some flavorful meats to make
all your recipes more appetizing. Stir in sauces, scramble in
eggs, pile on pizza or bake with beans.
Chef Paul's variety of seasoning meats add flavor to any dish.
Andouille (ahn-doo-ee) is a seasoned and smoked sausage
made from pork and potatoes. It's most popular in Louisiana
favorites such as red beans and rice, gumbo and jambalaya. Add
andouille to a favorite recipe or serve as an appetizer or breakfast
sausage. Pork Andouille is available in regular or hot. Cajun
Pork Andouille is made with pork, rehydrated potatoes, rehydrated
onions, water, salt, red pepper, and sodium nitrite.
Tasso (tah-so), also know as Cajun Ham, is strips of seasoned
and smoked pork. Primarily used as a seasoning meat, tasso adds
sensational flavor to pasta, sauces, casseroles and everything
else you can imagine. A small amount goes a long way in your
cooking. Cajun Pork Tasso is made with pork shoulder (cushion meat)
seasoned with granulated garlic, black pepper, salt, granulated
onion, paprika, cumin, white pepper, red pepper and sugar. Cured
with water, salt, sugar, brown sugar and sodium nitrite.
The blend of seasonings and great "smoky" taste add something
extra to your recipes. People will notice the difference and
