Slice the hot dogs into 1/4-inch pieces.
Put a medium size pot ver high heat. Add the oil and the onions. Stir the onions for 1 minute. Add the Barbecue Magic and stir for 1 minute. Add the sliced hotdogs and stir for 1 minute. Add the beans, water, mustard, ketchup, and brown sugar. Stir until everything is mixed and bring to a full boil. Stir well and serve.
