Sunny California Salad Dressing
Makes ¾ cup

½ cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Sauce & Marinade® -California Sun Dried Tomato
¼ cup canola oil

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk quickly until fully combined. Serve on your favorite salads.

 

Southwest Salad Dressing
Makes ¾ cup

½ cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Sauce & Marinade® - Southwest Chipotle
¼ cup canola oil

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk quickly until fully combined. Serve on your favorite salads.

 

Louisiana Red Salad Dressing
Makes ¾ cup

½ cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Sauce & Marinade® - Louisiana Red Pepper
¼ cup canola oil

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk quickly until fully combined. Serve on your favorite salads.

 

Chinatown Salad Dressing
Makes 1 cup

½ cup Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Sauce & Marinade® - San Francisco Teriyaki
½ cup canola oil

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk quickly until fully combined. Serve on your favorite salads.

 

Teriyaki Green Onion Salad Dressing
Makes about 1½ cups

1 egg plus 1 egg yolk
1 cup canola oil
½ cup finely chopped green onions
1½ tablespoons Creole mustard or brown mustard
1 tablespoon white vinegar
3 tablespoons Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Sauce & Marinade® - San Francisco Teriyaki

Whip the eggs and egg yolks in a food processor or blender until frothy. Add the oil in a slow stream until combined to make a mayonnaise consistency. Add the remaining ingredients and process until combined. Refrigerate immediately.
