tablespoons unsalted butter or olive oil
2 teaspoons Chef
Paul Prudhomme's Vegetable MagicŪ
1 package (12 ounces) New Zealand Buttercup squash, cut in ½-inch dice
Preheat
the oven to 350°.
Melt
the butter in a skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the Vegetable
Magic and stir well, then add the squash and stir
well. Cover and cook, stirring several times, until the squash
can be pierced easily with a fork, about 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir well and serve.
