I rubbed this seasoning on some chicken breasts with a little bit of lime/lemon, soy sauce, and olive oil. It came out delicious! I was little "Little Horner in the Corner" not wanting to share any of it with my family.

I put this on everything. Not just what it\\'s intended for. It is, hands down, my most important ingredient in any meal.

I used the Poultry Magic with sea salt to make a homemade turkey brine and it was our best tasting turkey ever.

I have been using Poultry Magic for several years now and there is nothing to compare. Currently I use the 2.5oz container but in the past I have purchased the larger one for convenience.
