A great product from a master... What more could you want, this Andouille would never be in stock if my local grocery store sold it. Chef Paul is King, hope you live forever, and thanks for the recipes...

I am from Metairie, but now live in a suburb of KC, KS. I was pleased when a local Sam\'s Club started carrying Chef Paul Prudhomme\'s Andouille. I got some and used it to make a great Chicken Andouille Gumbo. What a great product - I will buy some more for Jambalaya and I highly recommend it.
