Ingredients: Red Wine, Water, Mirepoix Stock (made of carrot stock, onion stock, celery stock, onion powder, natural flavors), Modified Food Starch, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Salt, Mushroom Stock, Roasted Garlic Powder, Spices and Garlic Extract.
Simply, reconstitute with hot water, simmer about 5-6 minutes to dissolve, then use in any recipe as though it was your own stock, but without the bother of preparing a long, simmering stock reduction.
Makes approximately 1 cup (220ml) of classic veggie-glace.
The shelf-life is 18-months unopened and a 12-month refrigerator life after opening.
