With the addition of our private dining room (K's Parlor), we can now seat up to sixty people and for larger functions, the entire upstairs dining area is available and seats a maximum of 115 guests.

In addition, K-Paul's Catering Expedition offers special menus for off-site events that accommodate receptions of 1000s and seated dinners up to 500 people. It's a movable feast when K-Paul's takes its' kitchen on the road. Our unique, "on-site skillet cooking," by our trained chefs, combined with Chef Paul's "Magic Seasonings" and using only the finest, freshest ingredients prepared before your eyes, is sure to give your guests an experience they will long remember. K-Paul's Catering Expedition is Gold Star quality…from Blackened Prime Rib to Sweet Potato Pecan Pie, we can create a customized menu just for you.

Whether it's seated indoor dining or outdoor festival, K-Paul's Catering Expedition spices up the event with a full line of entertainment. From Mardi Gras parade, to Cajun storytelling, puppeteers, humorists and the best in jazz bands, our staff can accommodate all of your needs.

Upon request, Chef Paul attends parties and is available for cooking demonstrations, autographing his popular cookbooks, other retail products & gift items, photo opportunities, and meet & greets.
