Marinated Fried Tofu

firm tofu slices, about 3/8-inch thick
½ cup Coca Cola®
vegetable oil, for frying
how to prepare

Drain the tofu slices between layers of paper towels, pressing down or applying weight to remove as much liquid as possible.

Combine the Teriyaki Marinade and Cola. Mix well. Marinate the tofu slices in the liquid for at least 2 hours.

Fill a skillet with oil, about 1-inch deep. Heat the oil to 350°. Fry the tofu slices, turning several times until brown on the edges and cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
